College Fair 2006

College Fair 2006, hosted by the U.S. Embassy, is being held on Saturday, October 21 and Sunday, October 22 at the Courtyard by Marriott hotel from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and 3:00 - 6:00 p.m.

College Fair 2006 is targeted at Trinidad and Tobago’s college-bound students. The admission fee is TT$10 for students and TT$20 for the general public.

Students and their parents will have a unique opportunity to meet with admissions representatives of forty (40) American universities and colleges, including a variety of institutions such as international universities, large state universities, business schools, and liberal arts colleges.  Representatives of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Tertiary Education; The University of the West Indies; The University of Trinidad and Tobago; COSTAATT; and the Caribbean Examinations Council (CXC) will also be there.  

U.S. Embassy consular officers will be available to provide guidance on the student visa requirements, and information on standardized tests such as SAT, GRE and GMAT will also be accessible.
