Emergency & Expedited Appointments

Qualifying for Emergency/Expedited Appointments 

Due to the volume of non-immigrant visa appointments, we are able to grant emergency/expedited appointments only under the following conditions:

1. Legitimate, emergency business travel The travel must be of an urgent and compelling nature. Your request should include the following: why the travel is urgent, the impact to the organization/business if this individual cannot travel on the date desired, and why this is the only person who can attend this event.

2. Medical Emergencies Only the patient and one (1) immediate family member with a letter from the hospital are authorized to apply for the appointment.
