Non-Immigrant Visa Services
All Non-immigrant Visa Services are by appointment only. Detailed information about the non-immigrant visa application process including paying the application fee and scheduling an appointment is available on the Information and Appointment Website .
Immigrant Visa Services
Immigrant visa applicants are required to register for courier service on the Information and Appointment Website.
U.S. Boarding Foil applications (for LPRs who are in status and have lost/stolen/expired LPR cards), Returning resident visa applications: Accepted between 7:30 to 9:00 AM, Tuesdays and Thursdays except (US and TT holidays).
If you have already been interviewed by a consular officer
and the officer requested additional documentation: Walk in any Tuesday
or Thursday (except US and TT holidays) between 7:30 and 9:00 a.m. or mail in
the documents to the Consular section via DHL mail-in service. Please review the letter that you received on
the day of your appointment.
All other immigrant visa services: By appointment
only.
