On July 30, 2009,the visiting US military medical team set up a mobile clinic in the Matura Government Primary School, and on the first day treated hundreds of local residents seeking free general medical, dental and optometry exams and treatment.  The U.S. team partnered with a diverse array of local civic organizations as well as TT and local government authorities.  The mission in Matura follows several days in Toco, and the mobile clinic will also serve the communities of Valencia and San Fernando before departing in late August.
