Immigrant Visa Medical Examination Information

NOTE:  Please have your medical examination completed at least two weeks before your scheduled appointment date. 

As part of your immigrant visa application, you are being asked to have a medical examination.  Only these doctors are authorized to perform medical examinations for immigrant visa applicants on behalf of this Embassy.

EXAMINATION REQUIREMENTS

Examinations are required as follows:

Persons 15 years of age and over:  Physical examination, chest X-Rays and Blood Test, including H.I.V. test.  The total cost of the physical examination including X-Rays and Laboratory work is US $80.00 or the equivalent in TT dollars. 

Children under 15 years of age:  Physical examination.  The total cost is US $24.00 or the equivalent in TT dollars.

IMPORTANT:  You must take your passport and immunization records, if available to the visa panel doctors and radiologist for identification purposes.   

PLEASE NOTE:  Immunization fees are separate from the physical examination fees.
