Outreach and Book Donation to the Trinidad Muslim League Primary School, San Fernando

On August 27, 2009, U.S. Embassy staff visited the T.M.L. Primary School in San Fernando (Trinidad’s second largest city) to meet with 22 teachers and administrative staff to discuss ways to advance student learning and academic research using materials at the U.S. Information Resource Center.  A donation of reference materials such as encyclopedias, and a range of books on historical, natural history and social science themes was also given to the school.
