Valid U.S. Visas

The United States Embassy wishes to advise the public that a valid visa in an expired passport is still valid, even though the passport has expired.  Persons traveling to the United States are required to travel with both the new passport and the passport containing the valid U.S. visa.

The Embassy also wishes to remind visa applicants that the application form MUST be completed online.  All three pages must be printed and brought on the day of the visa appointment.  Handwritten forms are not accepted.
